MailCode for macOS and Windows · Last updated 22 September 2026

The short version: MailCode is a mail client, sold as it is. It keeps your mail on your own disk, which means your backups are yours to keep. We do not promise it is free of faults, and we are not the mail providers it talks to.

MailCode is provided “as is”

MailCode is made by Ertan Yüce and sold for Windows by Gül Yüce, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye. We test every release and we fix what is reported, but no software is without faults. MailCode is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind beyond what the law gives you — including any implied warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose, or that it will run uninterrupted or error-free on your computer.

No professional advice

MailCode is a tool for reading and keeping mail. It is not legal, tax, compliance or records-management advice, and using it does not by itself satisfy any retention, disclosure or e-discovery obligation you or your organisation may be under. If you have such an obligation, take your own advice on it.

Other companies’ services and names

This website and its links

The pages on this site — including the user guide, the Pricing page and the release notes — describe MailCode as it is at the date shown, and are kept accurate to the best of our knowledge. They may go out of date, and they are not a contractual promise about what a future version will do. Where this page links to another company’s site, that site is theirs: we do not control it and do not endorse what is on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost data, lost profit, lost time or business interruption — arising from using MailCode, and our total liability for a licence is limited to what you paid for it. Where the consumer law of the country you live in does not allow these limits, they do not apply to you, and nothing on this page takes away a right that law gives you. The full terms of sale, including the 14-day refund, are on the Terms and Refunds page; what MailCode stores and sends is on the Privacy page.
