Installing

• Run the downloaded MailCode-Setup file and follow the installer.
• If Windows SmartScreen says “Windows protected your PC”, choose More info, then Run anyway.
• MailCode keeps itself up to date. This page always offers the newest version, so the link in a receipt email never goes stale.

The trial

• 14 days, every feature. No card, nothing to cancel.
• When the trial ends, MailCode stops opening your mail until a licence is entered. Your accounts, your local archive and your settings stay on the PC — nothing is deleted and nothing is sent anywhere.

Buying a licence

• $49.99, paid once. No subscription, and updates arrive through the app at no extra cost.
• Buy MailCode for Windows — or choose Buy MailCode on the trial screen. Checkout is run by our reseller, which charges any sales tax or VAT and emails you the licence key. See Pricing.
• Changed your mind? You get a full refund within 14 days of purchase — see Terms and Refunds.

Entering a licence key

• The key arrives in the purchase email, along with the receipt.
• In MailCode, open Help ▸ License… — or use the box on the trial screen — paste the key and choose Activate.
• One key covers up to 2 PCs. Moving to a new PC? On the old one, open Help ▸ License… and choose Deactivate this PC first.
• Lost the email or stuck on activation? Write to [email protected].
