Find out who sends you the most email

5 October 2026 · searched as who sends me the most email

Before cutting down on mail, it helps to know where it comes from. MailCode’s Analytics counts your archive on your own computer: who writes most, which companies, when mail arrives, and how it has grown over the years.

How to do it

Click Analytics in the activity bar.
Choose Received in the toolbar, and a window — All time, 12 mo, This year or 90 days.
Top senders ranks the people who write to you, Top domains the companies, and Top recipients the people you write to.
Click any row — or any column of Volume — to open the mail it counted.

MailCode: Analytics: received mail by month, and the people who sent it. — Analytics: received mail by month, and the people who sent it.

When it arrives maps weekday against hour, in your own time zone. Everything is counted from the mail stored on this device, and none of it is sent anywhere. Pick one account in the toolbar, or All accounts.
