Find every email from one company

5 October 2026 · searched as find all emails from a domain

Everyone at a supplier writes from the same domain — the account manager, the support desk, the invoices. Search the domain and you have the whole relationship in one list, from every account and every import.

How to do it

  1. Click All Mail in the explorer, so the search covers everything.
  2. Type f: and the domain: f:northwind.co. Every message whose sender’s address or name contains it is listed.
  3. Narrow it like any search — f:northwind.co df:2025 for one year, f:northwind.co a:.pdf for the ones carrying a PDF.
  4. To see which companies write most, open Analytics in the activity bar. Top domains ranks the sending organisations; click one to open its mail.
MailCode: f:northwind.co across All Mail.
f:northwind.co across All Mail.

f: matches part of the address, so f:northwind.co also finds northwind.com and mail.northwind.co. Mail you wrote to them is t:northwind.co.
